Another low/cost alternative to connect ( Arduinos ) Amforth devices to the Internet is to use a low cost OpenWrt supported router with USB. Just connect the Arduino(s) to the USB port of the router and you can access the Arduino(s) as a serial port from the router side. On the router you can have ssh server, web server, etc....
