[Amforth] New version available

Hi all,

Its been a while ago since the last release was tagged,
so I did it again ;)

Most noteworthy changes are the (now well tested) new
multitasker, Erich did spend a lot of time testing,
debugging and documenting it. Thanks alot, Erich.

Another remarkable change is a new way to deal with
input sources for the command interpreter. REFILL
and SOURCE can now be changed at runtime, which should
enable someting like EVALUATE. SLITERAL and COMPARE
from the strings standard wordset are now available
as well, otherwise the call tracer utility would not
work.

The python scripts did a lot of attention, and got many
bugfixes as well. Thanks to all, who contributed. I recommend
everyone who used the upload.py utility to switch over
to the shell.py script.
