[Amforth] amForth Arduino hex-files

Hi,

because compiling amForth from source can be quite a challenge for
someone starting with amForth, I'm making the amForth hex-files that I
compile available at http://strotmann.de/~cas/download/amforth/hexfiles/

It would be nice to also have hex-file for the most popular systems in
the sourceforge files download for amForth.
