HOWEVER, you are forced to extract a set of include files from AvrStudio, which is a windows software, yes. After extracting the files you can use them with avra. If extracting files from AvrStudio does not qualify as "avoiding Window$", then no, you can't get around Window$. The extraction might be possible with software such as cabextract or 7zip thus avoiding wine. You are, of course, free to write your own include files after reading the data sheet, but that's a waste of time imho. You mileage may vary. Cheers, Erich |
