[Amforth] file / word name

Forth word "inituser" is found in the file "user_init.asm".  This makes it difficult to follow the startup execution flow.

Is it possible to change one or the other to make it consistent with the rest of the Forth words?

It was an artefact, I simply forgot to change the filenames. Thanks
