#16 Binary Package needs to be built with updated baselibs.
Due to updated baselibs and GCC versions in the latest Debian and Ubuntu releases, the binary packages no longer work.
New packages need to be built for the latest releases of Debian and Ubuntu. It's a simple rebuild, adding versioning info to the baselib dependencies might be useful to make sure users install the right version for their system.
