Enable the hardware's support for bilinear filtering of texture loads.

Rationale:
Being able to sample textures with hardaware filtering would be a great help to those doing non-rasterization graphics on CTM.
It also constitutes some free maths hidden inside a load that GPGPU people can find ways to exploit for greater performance.
