If we can't get hold of any translations, then maybe we just disable the other translations. AFAIK the german translation has been a few strings behind for several releases. best regards Robin |

FWIW, with GTetrinet we have never had problems regarding unwanted commits, or people not directly involved with gtetrinet doing changes to sources, etc. All the changes have come from people that had talked to us previously about doing changes to gtetrinet, or translators. In short, I think giving all the gnome cvs accounts write access to software modules is good. > Depends on how the community and the cvs masters feel about it. You can > ask about it in gno...@gn.... Yeah, I know, but as I'm also pursuing this move, it's a lot easier to do it this way :) Also, gnome-i18n prefers to translate stuff that is in gnome cvs. If it isn't, they normally ask to manage the translations using the Free TP. Anybody getting a writable account in gnome cvs gets write access to all the cvs modules there. Hence, it will be near impossible for you to control the cvs access for the developers just for your module. It will be either all access or no access. If you get enough votes, consider it done. :) But my idea about posting to gnome-18n mailing list is not really about moving g-m in gnome cvs. Since most of the translators hang out in that list, you pass the call for translations to more people (usually, resulting in getting some help in return). What I can find on my list is conversion of old settings, and translations. Swedish translation is finished, and seems to be comitted. Yes, I'd really like to get at least the branch so that the road can be open again for glade and other stuff. -- Robin Ericsson <lo...@lo...> |

Ok, we seem to have come to another full stop after some promising advances by Robin. What's left, Robin? If we're waiting for my docs, bleh, let's disable them for the first release. If there are other things, (like gconf stuff, etc), let's think about it. It'd be nice to get this stuff out, and unblock the road to the glade stuff naba wanted to hack in. Hi,=20 I have add some features to the AutoMapper and rewrite many drawing and=20 linking functions: * User can create link with unusual forms (like \__/ ) * Saving and Loading rework (I had forgotten the last time) * Creation of a hint bar to display messages for the user * Bug fixes I split map.c in two files because it was really a huge file (more than 4= 000=20 lines) I wonder why the program could display more than one automapper window. I= s it=20 really useful ? Indeed, I have deleted this feature because of internal=20 problems (sending commands between automapper and connection for example)= =2E=20 (However, I still can rewrite it) Remi Bonnet |

Well, probably best to leave that blank by default? Another topic on the subject, how you seen the mapper from kmud? Looks really really nice if I say. http://www.kmud.de/index.html?file=screenshots2.html -- Robin Ericsson <lo...@lo...> |
