#875 EUROShow remains gray after first image (Mac/Linux)

Using AmbulantPlayer (build 20150119-default-mac/linux) playing EUROshow (html)
shows only 1st.image (Are you ready) normally. After fading out, no more images
appear (the banknotes are not presented)

It appears that when the '<brush/>' elements in this .smil file are deleted, it shows
all images OK. This means that the duration of the <brush/> is now infinite instead
of the 'dur' of the corresponding 'transIn'.

Fixed, probably in 9086 (which revived that start method in the brush renderer, which means that started() and stopped() are now called again.).
