Ambulant_qt_window needs to be reorganized. Specificallly, all the
various widgets and pixmaps (m_surface, m_pixmap, m_oldpixmap,
m_ambulant_widget) and their various getter and setter methods are
unclear.

It is probably mostly a naming issue.
