OK, bad title. Here's the story:

Identifiers like CAS registry number, PubChem Compound identifier, ChemSpider ID, should be used to point out from compound pages to other databases (both in RDF and in HTML).

For many, the identifiers.org service can be used. For InChIs rdf.openmolecules.net can be used.
