To make this happen, AMBIT pages need a clear URI for individual molecules, preferably reachable via alternative URIs based on established identifiers. For example, if a molecule has an associated InChI, a landing page should exist where skos:exactMatch triples should be made pointing to specific database entries... same for other 'known' identifiers, but I am happy enough with just Standard InChI...

Technically, this would mean implementing additional REST services, something like:

http://ambit.uni-plovdiv.bg:8080/dbst/compound/lookup/inchi/InChI=1S/CH4/h1H4

Maybe the existing search interface can support this, but key is that search hits must be exact, and the result table must have RDF triples allowing moving to the db entries...
