Daniel, (this is a late reply to your question) | I have postfix 2.07, amavis-new and spamassassin 2.52 running and it works | well as a mailgateway-server. The only problem i have is that amavis (or | postfix?) sends a notification to the sender if a mail it tagged as spam | that looks like the following: from amavisd.conf: # With D_BOUNCE, amavisd-new (not MTA) sends DSN (can better explain the # reason for mail non-delivery, but unable to reject the original # SMTP session). Best suited to reporting viruses, and for Postfix ^^^^^^^^^^^ ^^^^^^^^^^^ # and other dual-MTA setups, which can't reject original client SMTP # session, as the mail has already been enqueued. With Postfix it is best to set $final_spam_destiny to D_BOUNCE (or D_DISCARD), and not to D_REJECT, which causes your MTA to produce a standard non-delivery notification. (this applies to amavisd-new-20030314, previous versions did not provide easy configurability for this functionality) Mark |
