#376 equally named attachments keep serialization

The following Problem occurs with amavisd-new-2.3.3 and amavisd-new-2.4.5:

When a mail contains different attachments with the same filename, AMaViS decomposes them to

filename.ext
filename.ext.001
filename.ext.002
and so on.

When the Mail is composed again, these additional numerical extensions are kept, but should be removed.
If the filenames must be kept unique for further processing, the format filename.nnn.ext would be appreciated.
