#361 MIME problem

If i send a message with .eml extension attachment the
amavis reporting the following message in the log file:
warning - MIME::Parser error: illegal encoding [base64]
for MIME type message/rfc822; error: couldn't parse
head; error near:;

Looks like a bug/problem in the MIME::Parser module, not a
bug in amavis.
