#17 config: disable "alttab is already running"
I'm using alttab in a setup where I don't have a full desktop / no normal autostart so I launch it with each App which gets launched. So "alttab is already running" comes up quite often.
to make it configurable to disable the "already running" check woul dbe the best solution for me.
