This is our new blog. I'm just writing a simple message here. Nothing fancy, just to make sure everything works.
Please note that this blog is not yet official, only for some testing purpose.
The first beta release of our smoking hot c++ rewrite is out for testing. Some irreplaceable contributers have already bug tested the rewrite back and forth, and some bugs have been spotted and fixed. Now, before we do the actual stable release (3.0), we'd like as many as possible to install our beta just in case there would be some unspotted bug in the code.
Currently the beta is available as deb packages and source code. For Ubuntu users it will be really easy to add a PPA and install it. Others will have to compile, but that's not impossible either. We are working on making RPM packages, AUR packages and Mac installation files. Compiling from source should be supported by all Linux distros, as well as Mac OS X.... read more
