You may read the new document I uploaded to server. It describes the main 
goals of the operation system from the user point of view. As far as you 
read the document you may comment it here. The document can be found at
our site http://sourceforge.net/projects/altosdev in section docs.

Our first goal is to determine how OS should be designed from user point 
of view.
