#14 Doesn't compile without openssl

I don't have openssl installed and do not need it so
far. Therefore, I changed the Makefile to disable
openssl support, but the compilation fails. It seems
that the ${NOSSLFLAG} is present for some targets only,
while it should probably be there in the global flags.

I changed the Makefile this way:

#uncomment the next two lines and comment the two after
those...
NOSSLFLAG = -DNOSSL
SSLFLAGS =
#SSLFLAGS = -lssl -lcrypto
#NOSSLFLAG =

Here is the output:
/tmp/althea-0.5.3 make
g++ -Wall -ftemplate-depth-30 -g -DNOSSL
-DMAIL_POLL_INTERVAL=60000 -c callbacks.cpp `gtk-config
--cflags` -DPACKAGE=\"althea\"
-DLOCALEDIR=\"/usr/local/share/locale\"
g++ -Wall -ftemplate-depth-30 -g -c support.cpp
`gtk-config --cflags` -DPACKAGE=\"althea\"
-DLOCALEDIR=\"/usr/local/share/locale\"

    This can be fixed with:

    Note regarding my first comment:

    It seems the software wrapped my lines... which breaks the
    diff. The lines starting with -DLOCAL should be at the end
    of the prior lines, instead of being on their own.

    The patch indeed works fine. However, it seems the
    ${NOSSLFLAG} could be deleted now from individual targets.

    If a developer can make the change, I think this bug can be
    closed.
