    Hi!
If you have problems with certificate errors, here is the how to solve it:
    1)install any Symbian SDK
2)generate new certificate and key: type in cmd:
    >makekeys -cert -password World123 -len 1024 -dname "CN=World User OU=Development OR=WorldCompany CO=FI EM=World@test.com" WorldKey.key WorldCert.cer
(the names are not important, just remember the password (World123))
    2)sign the package:
    >signsis alternate_reader.sisx alternate_reader.sisx WorldCert.cer WorldKey.key World123

    for further details see: http://www.developer.nokia.com/Community/Wiki/How_to_sign_a_.Sis_file_with_Self-Sign_Certificate

Thanks a lot for your tutorial, marko. AlternateReader works perfectly now. For all of you who wonder what SDK to download, here's the page I used: http://www.developer.nokia.com/info/sw.nokia.com/id/ec866fab-4b76-49f6-b5a5-af0631419e9c/S60_All_in_One_SDKs.html
Choose 3rd Edition FP2 from the menu and hit the download button. If you haven't registered with Nokia developer yet, just do so quickly and start the download. After install follow Marko's instructions to create a signed program file. Also, you can modify the last command to fit your data path by replacing

    signsis alternate_reader.sisx alternate_reader.sisx WorldCert.cer WorldKey.key World123

    with

signsis "INPUT PATH" "OUTPUT PATH" WorldCert.cer WorldKey.key World123

I found it simpler to use Sign4ever. It doesn't require a large download.
