&lt;p&gt;&lt;a class="" href="/p/altanalyze/wiki/AltAnalyze/"&gt;AltAnalyze&lt;/a&gt; allows users to identify putative protein domains, motifs or microRNA bindings potentially disrupted by alternative splicing in their experiment. These results are incredibly useful at prioritizing results in terms of functional effects (e.g. modified DNA-binding domains). &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;These results are returned in the form of &lt;a class="" href="http://www.altanalyze.org/help.htm#results_overview" rel="nofollow"&gt;spreadsheets&lt;/a&gt; that indicate affected domains and associated protein isoforms for each analyzed splicing-event.
