#100 Update dnsmasq

Currently Alt-F includes

dnsmasq --version
Dnsmasq version 2.75  Copyright (c) 2000-2015 Simon Kelley

But the current version is 4.5, with a lot of improvements in it. Would it be possible to update it? That would be really great.
