New Version 2.1 of AktivHelp Support Desk is now available for download. Alternatively, it can be tested on our web site at http://www.aktivhelp.com/demo. The version contains improved security model, new email message log, and a number of minor changes and fixes.

AktivHelp Support Desk System is a web-based helpdesk application that allows for the exchange of information between users and their service provider (for example an IT helpdesk and their end-users).

New Version 2.0 of AktivHelp Support Desk is now available for download. Alternatively, it can be tested on our web site at http://www.aktivhelp.com/demo. The latest version runs on .NET Framework 2.0 and can be opened in Visual Studio 2005. Also it is optimized for Internet Explorer 7.

We have created AktivHelp Demo web site. Now you can login using one of predefined usernames and try all product features. The AktivHelp Demo web site address is http://www.aktivhelp.com/demo.

We have created a new name for our Alsedo Support Desk product. Now it is called AktivHelp. The new domain name http://www.aktivhelp.com will be used for the project. AktivHelp now is a member of Alsedo Aktiv brand, that includes AktivTask and AktivDocs. More information is available on http://www.alsedo.com.
