sorry for being late with my answer. Please get the current git version
to get rid of this error message. It compiles fine under Ubuntu 18.04

            Hallo Guido,

Now you have to explain me what git repository is and does.
I installed git (git version 2.20.1) but that seems not to be the problem.
So what git repository are you revering to?

When trying to install this AMS from scratch I ran into problems with the
first thing that is in the readme file, start with autoreconf -i;autoreconf
was not installed at all, after the famous apt-get install OK.

Then with ./configure the next problems come in, missing a sound module.
            Installed libasound-dev resolved that
            Libjack-jackd2-dev, libfftw3-dev, libclalsadrv-dev, libqt4-dev, and finally
            libladspa-ocaml—dev solves the ./configure problems.

To make sure my problems are not because of a wrong fftw3 version I apt-get
            installed fftw3

Next ‘make’ gives me the problems with m-vocoder.ccp

It appears that the environment in which the developers are working, are
definitely not the same as the normal people are working in. All lib’s are
available, the latest versions of git(??.) are available.
This is what Ubuntu and open source code are making it not to easy on the
            normal users.

So please explain me what you mean with “git repository” and where to find
it how to install it, because I have no clue.

Thanks for you’re patience with this ‘nitwit’.
