#17 Cycles in module connections cause instant crash

Any time you create a cycle in the module graph, AMS crashes with a segmentation fault. For example, using the demo file example_basic.ams, connect the output of the VCA (ID 4) to the linear FM input of the VCO (ID 5) and the application will crash immediately. Note that if you first disconnect the PCM Out (ID 1) this crash does not occur. There may be technical reasons why such cycles can't be allowed, but I hope a future release of the app can provide an error message rather than crashing.
