Hi, I was successfully using ALSA drivers on 2.4.22 kernel, but I wanted to try a new kernel. And then a problem occured. snd_via82xx with both cases built-in or as module gives no sound It loads with warrning about DXS support. Channels are unmuted and set laudly. Seems OK at this point. Now playing whatever mplayer (ao=alsa9) or xmms (ALSA output plugin 1.2.8) stops immediately -silence. Even OSS emulation don't work. Now, I tried to load module with options snd-via82xx dxs_support= 0, 1, 2, 3 and still nothing in all cases. Can You help me? Here are some details about my machine.
