#1 Latch mode behaves like touch mode.

(first sorry that I've only just realised there's a FR area and a separate bugs area) :)

-Latch automation mode should only behave like touch mode until you let go of the fader, at this point the value should not return (like touch mode) to what is was before but should carry on at the last level it was whilst it was still being touched. This is useful for automating long sections.
