#43 Saving draft does not save BCC addresses

Saving a message as a Draft does not save the addresses entered in the BCC field.

This was reported by a customer, and I was able to replicate the problem. (Create message, add BCC address, save as draft. View drafts folder, then open message: BCC address is gone.)
