In TeX mode coloring options seem to be respected for everything other than sectioning commands, which are colored as regular keywords.

This is fixed now. The problem is that regexp-based keywords were colored after hard-coded keywords. I have reversed the order, which seems more reasonable.

Modifications committed to svn (rev. 1121). The core must be rebuilt.
