The "Show in Finder" command is available at two locations: in "Tools->Window utilities" and in "Windows->Window info".

Maybe it is best located in "Windows->Window info" and maybe the "Tool->Window utilities" could be renamed "insert in file" or something like that since, without "Show in Finder", it would contain only "Insert path name" and "Insert file", that are not "Window utilities".

I agree that duplicates of the same command in different locations is bad. I'd rather leave the Show in Finder in the Window Info submenu because this submenu has exactly the same contents as the File popup button found in the toolbar of the document windows.
Now concerning the other items of the Window Utilities submenu, there can be more than the two you mention because other packages may add to this submenu. For instance, if you activate the Window Utilities package, you'll get additional commands (and an additional submenu called Window Lines).
To add to the confusion, note that there is also a submenu called File Utilities in the File menu.

Conclusion: some reorganization is in order... Any suggestions are welcome.

The Window Utilities submenu has been reorganized: it now contains by default some commands which were previously added by the Window Utilities package. The latter now installs only the Window Lines submenu (as it did before) and has consequently been renamed Window Lines. The remaining commands previously added to the Window Utilities submenu are now found in the Window Lines submenu.

Committed to svn (rev. 1011 (sourceforge.net)).
