I use the Copy 'Em clipboard manager and for some time I've observed that pasting into Alpha also places another copy onto the clipboard. This rapidly degrades the usefulness of Copy 'Em. I've looked, but cant' find a setting in Alpha which would control this; neither the Clipboard Preferences nor the  Copy Ring features were activated.

Incidentally, I tried to activate the Clipboard Preferences feature but then could not find the settings anywhere in the preferences, so there may be a bug with the composition of the preferences too.
