This is fixed now.
Changes committed to the repository ([rev. 1997](https://sourceforge.net/p/alphacocoa/code/1997/)). The core must be rebuilt.
Version 9.2.2 will be released soon.

This is a new problem on MacOS Big Sur 11.1 (20C69), so it might not be directly related to Alpha.  It looks like the modification keys, option and control, do not work anymore in dynamical menus. For instance, the menu "Upcase region" is accessible, but not "Downcase Region". Or, in the LaTeX menu, submenu Theorems, "theorem" is accessible, but not "theorem with label".
