This is fixed now.

Changes committed to the repository ([rev. 1843](https://sourceforge.net/p/alphacocoa/code/1843/)). The core must be rebuilt.

Click on a menu title in the menu bar to open the respective menu. The menu item the mouse is over is not highlighted. This happens only on macOS Catalina.
