This is fixed. There is now a much better support for locales. Added some new languages (japanese, chinese).
Changes committed to the repository ([rev. 1788](https://sourceforge.net/p/alphacocoa/code/1788/)). The core must be rebuilt.

The LASTMODIFIED command in BRITISH version produces

whereas the dot should be missing in British dates:
