In the "Text" Menu, so far, all items except one are about editing paragraphs or blocks of texts.

The exception is "Text options". All its subitems are in fact about "Typing options".
Still, they can be left in the menu. My opinion: the submenu should not be renamed, but
should be taken out, and all points added directly at the bottom of the 
Text menu, below a separator. Also, the items should be verbs:
     "Color text"
     ...
     "Correct spelling"
     "Replace text"

In my view, all "Spelling" items could go to the "Text" Menu together, also those from the "Tools" menu.

I agree that the *Text Options* submenu would be better located in the Edit menu. This is what *TextEdit* does for similar options. Still I prefer to have the options contained in a submenu (again like *TextEdit*) to avoid cluttering the menu. I'll move it.
The Spelling functionality is found in the Edit menu in many Apple Apps.

I have finally renamed the *Text Options *submenu as* Editing Options* and moved it to the *Edit* menu. Conversely, some items of the *Edit* menu have been moved to the *Text* menu, namely: *Tab Conversions*, *Indent*, *Shift Left*, *Shift Left Space*, *Shift Right*, *Shift Right Space*.
Changes committed to the repository ([rev. 1503](https://sourceforge.net/p/alphacocoa/code/1503/)).
