Have some reports of 500s on various forum threads. I'm thinking this may be related to the Markdown caching efforts?
Looking at the REST API depictions of those threads, those look fairly packed with content.
i'll put the error in a new ticket
hi, would someone be able to send me the error report from my last import attempt, please and thanks!
also, for the tickets that did go through this time, the reported_by field did not go through to the owner, any idea why?
rokuingh: looking at it. seems like perhaps an internal issue this time
sorry, i meant assigned_to
there are no owners, but all the assigned_to's are filled in
yeah I was just looking at the code and not seeing assigned_to being used. that's definitely a bug in our code
btw, thanks for your patience, we appreciate you giving a rigorous testing of this and finding our bugs :)
:) yeah, no worries. would you like to use our json file as a test file?
i don't think we need it for that issue
perhaps for the internal issue that caused the failure. not sure what's going on with that yet
if you want to email it to me, that'd be nice
ok, will do
also, i don't understand why it submitted only the tickets that it did.. seems to have skipped it's way through randomly..
also, it seems like maybe tickets are still being uploaded? do you know if it is still running?
random order might be part of the puzzle to why it failed
bronsem, i'm afraid i haven't done a great job at keeping track of the bugs that have been opened with respect to these issues. would you mind sending me links to the ones that you can remember?
rokuingh: i think we might've fixed the others already?
i'm not seeing any other open import tickets related to this
brondsem, sorry i got booted out..
but i think there were a couple tickets from last week, one was for an extra set of open_status_fields and closed_status_fields in an exported file
yeah i recall that too but can't find it
yeah, that is it!
labeling & scheduling it
I remember cory_fu was who rokuingh was working with on that, so searched for recent tickets he created.
wasn't there another from last week about the discussion threads, or maybe url fields?
also, brondsem, do you have a plan for how to proceed with the internal issue that you mentioned earlier? i don't think i saw a ticket go in for it..
right, not yet. I'm going to test with your file first
i'll let you know when I make a ticket
i'll ticket that now, didn't do so since i was at a conference at the time
