Installed a new release of the allocator project.
Release changes move away from STLPORT and toward
using the generic version of gcc and glibc.
This version compiles now with a tool-chain
composed of gcc-3.0.4, glibc-2.2.5, and
binutils-2.12. The system was built with on a
RedHat Linux 7.2 box, but with the tool-chain
described above installed in /usr/local/build/..
Post any questions, comments or requests for help

The work was done in preparation for a similar
release of trafix.sourceforge.net. Trafix is a
road traffic simulation package which uses the
allocator project.
