The "All In One Reader" should be able to initially open as text, unless file extension is familiar such as .Doc, .PDF, .html, etc. for which the formatting is appropriate for those file types. Buttons across the document top view should allow users to change from ascii text, html, reveal codes, php, and even C and C++, or java code formatting for keyword, operators, etc. The UI should allow for any use appropriate for the user, if a writer of novels then formatting options for that type of editing/reading, if the user is a software coder then format for that, if a windows or javascript writer etc. and so on. Of course at some point you cross into an editor as opposed to a reader. The definition of where the project lies, between editing and reading tool, should be defined for each different type of file targeted for support in the project.
