#13 !DOCTYPE element is unknown

An HTML source containing a DOCTYPE declaration is parsed with PARSE-HTML ; the LISP "lhtml code" is correctly generated as follows:<br>
<p><code>((:!DOCTYPE " HTML PUBLIC \"-//W3C//DTD HTML [...]</code></p>

However, when the lhtml code is read back and then evaluated with "HTML-PRINT" (in the net.html.generator package), the generator complains that the "!DOCTYPE" element is unknown.
