#35 some keys are dead under X

When using Allegro under X, the keys RALT ( ALT-GR ),
RWIN and TILDE don't work, when starting Allegro
without X, they work. I got the TILDE key working
when I changed my X keyboard mapping from German to
US, but RALT and RWIN are still dead. I use XFree
4.1.0 and Allegro 3.9.39 currently.

An utility to configure the keyboard under X is now included
in the Allegro distribution (in tools/x11) as of 4.1.6 WIP.
