User manual and online help added to AllDay

A new version 1.0.1 of AllDay has been released today featuring online help based on JavaHelp. The help set is included in the new application JAR file.

In addition a user manual is provided in PDF format as an extract of the online help.

Both help set and PDF manual will be extended as the application grows. Additional general information about the applications subjects will be added.
