#22 upgraded redhat, inbound.cgi not working

Site used to work fine. Now inbound cgi isn't working
any more. logs say

'premature end of script headers: index.cgi'

'unknown database osallcommerce at index.cgi line 252'

'unknown database osallcommerce at state.pm line 1326'

'Can't call method "prepare" on an undefined value at
state pm line 1349'

How can I make sure all of the needed modules are
working right and how do I reinstall it?
