#6 No site.pm file

I'm unable to complete the configure.pl setup due
to a missing file.

After completing the site_ccvs_port [] option the
following error appears:

Can't locate ./conf/site.pm in @INC (@INC
contains: /usr/lib/perl5/5.00503/i386-linux /usr/lib/
perl5/5.00503 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005/i386-
linux /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005 .) at ./lib/
configure.pm line 1223, <STDIN> chunk 58.
Database handle destroyed without explicit
disconnect, <STDIN> chunk 58.

Sure enough there is no site.pm file in conf.

How would I obtain such a beast? It seems like
that should have been included in the distribution.
