#11 Option to ignore CapsLock state

When I've got CapsLock enabled, and type ^A (without holding a Shift button), AllChars seems to ignore the CapsLock state and gives the character â. Personally I would expect to see Â, since I've got CapsLock enabled.

Maybe it would be a good idea to make this configurable. So that the user can choose if he/she wants AllChars to take the CapsLock state into consideration.
