The system is Windows 7 64-bit (Russian localization) and keyboard has
two layouts: QWERTY and cyrillic. The problem is AllChars (version 5.0.181)
always treats keys as cyrillic regardless of the current layout.
AllChars obvoiusly works with numerical keys: <Compose><1><2>
produces 1/2 just fine.
But when I try it e. g. with 's' key ('ы' in another layout):
<Compose>
always gives me 'ыы' even if pressing just returns 'ss'.

If you have the same version that I have-5.0.181.0-"AltGr"is a mistake in
the labeling. It should read "Alt Right". If you select the AltGr entry then
the Alt key on the Right of the space bar becomes the <compose> key, not the
Alt-'>' key.
