I think this is an important addition to your FAQs, or might even be displayed on its own somewhere conspicuous. (I looked for it, but I didn't see it.)

End-users might wonder whether their "receivers" of messages sent will see the appropriate effects of their having used AllChars.

In other words, if AllChars is used to make an em-dash—like that, then does the em-dash work in, say, this forum post? Does it work when someone receives my e-mail? Does it work when my Word DOC gets used on a different computer?

When AllChars does not display as we wished, the people receiving our messages might wonder at the inappropriate text. If the message is important, of course we want to avoid that.

As always, I emphasize that end-users rely on your savvy. The end-user might be a surgeon who will one day save your life, but he wants AllChars to be very easy and very obvious, and he knows nothing about computers. If you write your website for that guy, you won't go wrong.
