#1 Settings.ini overrides Proxy.ini

All For One currently uses the, "Proxy.ini"
initialization file.

If proxy server information is listen
in "Settings.ini", it will override settings
in "Proxy.ini".

All For One was originally released before this was an
issue.

The WriteProxyFile subroutine should be updated to
edit the, "Settings.ini" initialization file rather
than the, "Proxy.ini" file.
