Mod import and export

From Quzzap's post in the forums thread:
"Coming to another point is sharing, it should be possible to 'just import the list' on another computer while not having all mods, then when done importing, it should download all mods (where available) from their update-urls. Or you could just save all the .honmods within the profile and zip it or something (IMHO sharing is a low priority)"
There was also the simpler, and faster to implement idea of allowing people to export (to a text file) the names and versions of all their current mods which could be a starting point for a more full fledged feature.
The problem with this implematation is the lack of update urls on all mods. A user wouldn't de able to export his current mods list if a mod doesn't have a valid update url. We could jump those mods and tell the user that, but won't solve the problem. BUT it's a good idea, and a nice start. I'll implement this ASAP, probally finishing the job this week.
