#8 I am having problems running alice
i recently downloaded the beta version alice (program
d). i am unable to run it. at first i kept seeing out
of environmental space. but after selecting the memory
and selecting the intial environment to 4096 it now
says bad command file. i am a beginner and have
trouble understanding some of the terms. is there a
beginners manual i can get to set a.l.i.c.e up? i
don't understand what some things listed under the
alice file mean. please help. i would really like to
learn more.

I'm having a similar problem, man. Except when I type
java g:\b\bawt
from the command prompt, I get a bunch of java-looking
errors. I dunno what's wrong. Lemme know if you hear
