[Alibava-general] Alibava Macro Update

Dear all,

For those people who are interested in the Liverpool macros or who continue
to use them, I have released an update for them. Among the recent (less
publicized) updates including temperature as a function of event number,
this latest release also includes a pedestal plot for a dataset.

After a request of a copy of my masters thesis (which is approximately 50%
Alibava related), I have also made a copy of it available incase people want
it in future.

The initialization settings files as ever are available off the website, and
I intend to have graphical representations of the difference in pulse shapes
for the three main different initialization settings up soon.
